Underground Fetish is the fetish arm of Gays & Gadgets, set in the dungeon-styled basement beneath the shop at Spuistraat 44 in the Centrum. Since 2012 it has carried leather, rubber, neoprene, puppy-play gear, BDSM equipment, and toys, and it's the official Benelux stockist for San Francisco's Mr. S Leather, with the full line in stock, which is the main reason serious gear shoppers make the trip rather than buying online. The building itself has roots in the city's gay history, having previously run as a bathhouse and sauna. Upstairs, the parent store handles lifestyle goods, pride merchandise, and party tickets, and the team also vends at Darklands, Belgium's major fetish weekend. Compact and specialist: go for the Mr. S range and the staff knowledge, not for browsing.
