Marston Point, Balboa Park
6th Ave & Laurel St, San Diego, CA 92101The San Diego Pride Festival 2026 brings two days of music, drag, and community to Marston Point in Balboa Park on Saturday, July 18, from noon to 10 p.m. and Sunday, July 19, from noon to 9 p.m. This is the ticketed heart of Pride weekend, with four stages, more than 100 performers, a 200-booth vendor marketplace, and themed areas spread across the grassy point at 6th Avenue and Laurel Street. The 2026 headliners are a genuine draw: Krewella closes Saturday night and MARINA headlines Sunday, both part of the Pride Shines On lineup. Beyond the main stage, the festival packs in something for everyone, from the Art of Pride installations and the Leather Realm to a family-friendly Children's Garden, a dedicated Youth Zone, and bars and food vendors throughout the grounds. It is equal parts concert, marketplace, and giant reunion for San Diego's LGBTQ+ community and the visitors who flock here every July. Tickets run roughly $39 for a single day and $61 to $82 for the full weekend in advance, with VIP options that add premium stage viewing, drinks, and a lounge. Youth in high school and younger get in free at the box office, seniors 65 and over pay $15, and volunteering a five-hour shift earns free entry. Buy ahead at sdpride.org/festival, because prices rise at the door. Getting there is easiest on transit, with MTS routes 3 and 120 serving the Balboa Park entrance directly. Bring sunscreen for the day and a light layer for the evening, when San Diego cools into the mid-60s.
