- Woof Week Key West (April 21-26) — Spring bear event at Island House Key West, presented by Key West Bears
- Key West Pridefest (June 3-7) — Pride parade, street fair, pool parties, sunset cruises
- Tropical Heat (August 12-16) — All-male four-day festival with pool parties, themed dance events, and entertainment
- Womenfest (September 2-6) — One of the largest lesbian celebrations in the country with pool parties, comedy, live music, and water adventures
- Fantasy Fest (October 16-25) — Ten-day citywide costume festival with massive LGBTQ+ participation; the Headdress Ball is the signature gala event
- Key West Bear Weekend (October 28 - November 1) — Pool parties, Halloween Ball, boat cruises, and social events
