Queer Women·Las Vegas Gay Guide

Are There Lesbian Bars and Safe Spaces in Las Vegas?

Like most U.S. cities, Las Vegas doesn't currently have a dedicated, permanent lesbian bar. However, several venues are popular with queer women, and the city's event-driven nightlife scene means there are regular sapphic gatherings throughout the year.

Queer Women-Friendly Venues

  • The Garage (1487 E Flamingo Rd) — Casual Fruit Loop bar with a patio and mixed LGBTQ+ crowd, popular with queer women locals
  • Piranha Nightclub (4633 Paradise Rd) — The main gay megaclub hosts occasional women's nights and draws queer women especially during Pride and holiday weekends
  • Flex Cocktail Lounge (4371 W Charleston Blvd) — Long-running gay bar with karaoke and theme nights that attract a mixed crowd including queer women regulars
  • Bastille on 3rd (1327 S 3rd St) — Arts District bar with drag king shows and queer women events in a French-themed setting
  • ReBar (1225 S Main St) — Queer-owned Arts District cocktail lounge with a diverse LGBTQ+ crowd including lesbian and non-binary patrons

Events & Community

Las Vegas lesbian nightlife is largely event-driven. Look for:

  • Girl Bar pop-up events — Traveling lesbian party series that makes regular Vegas stops
  • Pride weekend women's pool parties — Various Strip hotels host sapphic pool events during October Pride and summer months
  • Queer women meetups — The "Las Vegas Lesbians" Facebook group is the main community hub for local event listings and social gatherings

The Arts District

Downtown's 18b Arts District has become a hub for queer creatives and alternative nightlife. First Friday (monthly block party) draws a strong LGBTQ+ crowd, and several Arts District venues host queer women events throughout the year.
