A queer-owned bed and breakfast in an 1860s Greek Revival home on Bradford Street, one block from Commercial Street and the bay. David Yates and John Hatch have run Admiral's Landing since 2020, with eight rooms split between the original Main House and a newer Cottage — several featuring spa jetted tubs, seasonal fireplaces, and wet bars. Breakfast is delivered daily. The inn is adults-only, with a private courtyard for morning coffee or evening wind-down. Free parking is a genuine perk in Provincetown. The location puts you within walking distance of galleries, restaurants, and the town's seasonal LGBTQ+ events — Bear Week, Carnival, Pride — without being right on top of the noise.
