Farm-to-table kitchen and art gallery in Charlotte's NoDa
Artisan's Palate is a woman-owned, farm-to-table restaurant, coffee bar, and art gallery located in Charlotte's NoDa (North Davidson) arts district. Directed by chef-owner Christa Csoka, a graduate of the French Culinary Institute who trained under Jacques Pépin and Daniel Boulud, the kitchen prepares a seasonally rotating menu of globally influenced comfort food built on classical French techniques. The main dining room functions as an exhibition space that has displayed works from over 50 local artists. Weekly programming includes weekend drag performances, monthly multi-course tasting menus, and live music sessions. The venue operates with an all-women and LGBTQ+ staff and is officially recognized in Charlotte's regional LGBTQ+ business directory.
