Eros Men's Spa is Charlotte's men-only bathhouse, tucked off I-77 on Nations Ford Road near the South Tryon and Woodlawn interchange, south of uptown and well away from the bar strips. It's a no-membership, no-appointment spot: you pay at the door for a day visit, and entry comes with a towel and a private locker. Inside is a straightforward set of wet and dry amenities — a dry sauna, a steam room, a cold room, salt and clay rooms, showers, and a TV lounge to cool down in. It's open daily and keeps things low-key, the kind of place that works as an afternoon reset. For travelers, it's the city's main dedicated men's sauna.
