High-intensity interval classes in Sunset Harbour on western Miami Beach
Barry's Miami Beach is located in Sunset Harbour on the quieter western side of the island, away from the main Ocean Drive tourist strip. Classes take place in the 'Red Room' for 50-minute sessions combining high-intensity treadmill intervals and floor-based strength work under red lights. The surrounding neighborhood offers walkable access to local cafes, restaurants, and the waterfront. Validated parking is available at the open-air lot on 18th Street and Purdy Avenue, and the studio hosts an annual June Pride challenge benefiting GLAAD and amfAR.
