Barry's Miami Midtown operates within the Shops at Midtown Miami, situated on the border of the Wynwood arts district and approximately 15 minutes away from the Miami Beach studio. The location utilizes the standard 50-minute Red Room format, alternating between treadmill blocks and floor weight training under low red lighting. This studio primarily serves the Midtown and Wynwood residential neighborhoods, and participates in the company-wide annual June Pride fitness challenges benefiting GLAAD and amfAR.
