Denver, Colorado
Colfax diner in the old Tom's Diner with a weekly Sunday drag brunch
Champagne Tiger is a French-American diner on East Colfax Avenue in Denver, inside the old Tom's Diner building at the corner of Pearl Street, serving steak au poivre, oysters and smash burgers. Its Sunday Drag Brunch runs every week with three seatings, at 10:30 a.m., 12:45 p.m. and 3 p.m., and there's a $15 show fee per guest; the patio stays open during brunch but can't see the show. It also runs a Thursday-night drag bingo on the patio. It's a Gay Friendly restaurant rather than a gay bar, and the Sunday brunch is the reason most people book.
