Voodoo Doughnut is the Denver outpost of the Portland doughnut shop founded in 2003, parked on the Colfax nightlife strip in Capitol Hill. The case runs more than 40 gourmet and novelty doughnuts, the Bacon Maple Bar among them, with over a dozen vegan options, and the late hours make it a reliable end-of-night stop after the Colfax and Lavender Hill bars.
