Founded in 2012, Club Athletique Sherbrooke is a deliberately intimate gym in Montreal's Golden Square Mile, steps from McGill University. The facility runs on Atlantis equipment — a Montreal-made brand — with dumbbells up to 125 lbs, squat racks, and a stretching cage. Classes include Essentrics (a Montreal-born movement method), yoga, pilates, and boot camp.
