Three floors of training space sit on Avenue du Parc near the Plateau, with separate cardio floors, a weight room, and a cross-training area. The standout is the rooftop: a two-level heated pool with a waterfall, lawn, lounge chairs, and gardens — MTL Blog compared it to a Caribbean resort dropped into downtown Montreal. A second outdoor pool opens in summer. The wellness side includes a spa, sauna, steam room, two whirlpools, massage therapy, and osteopathy. Tennis courts are available by reservation.
