Le Gym is Concordia University's fitness center on Rue Sainte-Catherine in downtown Montreal, open to the public with community memberships starting at ~$92/month. The facility has Technogym cardio and strength equipment, group fitness classes, personal training, pickleball courts, and nutrition consulting with a registered dietician. The gym sits on the same Sainte-Catherine corridor that runs into Montreal's Gay Village a few blocks east. Concordia is home to Queer Concordia, one of Canada's oldest campus LGBTQ+ resource centers, founded in 1978 and open to non-students.
