Washington D.C., Washington D.C.
A three-level LGBTQ+ dance club at 14th and U, open since 2024.
Opened in early 2024 by the former operators of Cobalt, Crush Bar is a three-level LGBTQ+ dance club located at the high-traffic 14th and U Street intersection. The ground floor, Studio A, is the primary dance floor with a custom lighting rig, while Studio B on the second level features a separate bar and a year-round patio with a retractable roof. Weekly programming centers on Wednesday drag bingo with Lena Lett, and the bar also hosts the monthly 'Grizzly Happy Hour' for the bear community. Its 300-person capacity and multi-floor layout make it a central hub in D.C.'s newest cluster of queer bars.
