Evolution carries European imports — shirts, blazers, jeans, knits, shoes, and accessories — curated for a full head-to-toe wardrobe rather than any single category. The store organizes garments by color palette to make outfit building easier, which sets it apart from the typical rack-browsing experience. Founded by Stéphane Wilford in the early 1990s and now operated by Dax Giunta (who took over in late 2024), Evolution is one of the longest-tenured retailers on the Village's main strip.
