Part of the Gay Key West Guide — bars, events & things to do.

Key West, Florida
Indie café on Southard Street with a trans flag logo since 2015
An independent cafe on Southard Street, two doors off Duval in the heart of Key West's gay district. The shop roasts single-origin Colombian beans, brews cold brew with coffee ice cubes to prevent dilution, and makes breakfast and lunch sandwiches on Cuban bread — conch fritters, avocado toast, and all sauces in-house. Founded in 2015 by three friends from Cape May, NJ. The logo incorporates transgender flag colors. A second outpost, Keys Cafecito, operates inside the Hyatt Centric on Front Street. Open 7am to 7pm daily.
