Museum is a music-and-video bar on Carrer de Sepúlveda in Eixample that has been trading on kitsch since 2008 — the name is literal, with classical statues and faux-gallery decor sharing the room with wall-to-wall pop videos and laser light. The soundtrack is unapologetically chart-driven, heavy on pop divas and current Latin hits, and the room fills after midnight. It pulls a younger, high-energy gay party crowd that knows every lyric and isn't shy about it, and it sits well as a mid-night stop between the Gayxample bars and the later clubs. Come for singalong pop and a glossy, slightly absurd backdrop rather than for conversation.
