This Nautilus Plus location is inside Place Montreal Trust, the shopping mall at the corner of McGill College Avenue and Sainte-Catherine Street in downtown Montreal's Golden Square Mile. Two levels of strength and cardio equipment, group fitness classes, spinning, personal training with kinesiologists, and a sauna. Additional services here include massage therapy and VO2Max testing. Nautilus Plus is a Quebec-only chain founded in 1978 by two former Quebec Nordiques hockey players, now employee-owned after a 2021 management buyout. The mall location makes this one accessible for lunch-hour and after-work sessions. Weekend hours are shorter — Saturday and Sunday close at 5 PM.
