The Place Victoria Nautilus Plus is a weekday-only gym in Montreal's financial district, connected to the Underground City (RESO) network via the Square-Victoria-OACI metro station — meaning members can get there without going outside in winter. Strength and cardio equipment, a functional training zone, group fitness classes, spinning, and personal training with kinesiologists. Open Monday through Friday only, closing at 8 PM. Nautilus Plus is a Quebec-only chain founded in 1978 by two former Quebec Nordiques hockey players, now employee-owned after a 2021 management buyout. The weekday hours and financial-district location make this one designed for the office commuter crowd.
