The Plateau Nautilus Plus sits at Mont-Royal Avenue West, serving one of Montreal's most densely residential and culturally active neighborhoods. Two levels of strength and cardio equipment, a functional training zone, group fitness classes, spinning, and personal training with kinesiologists. The Mont-Royal metro stop is a five-minute walk. Nautilus Plus is a Quebec-only chain founded in 1978 by two former Quebec Nordiques hockey players, now employee-owned after a 2021 management buyout. The Plateau has a significant LGBTQ+ residential population, and this location draws a mix of young professionals, students, and neighborhood regulars.
