Queer feminist sex shop and worker co-op in Kreuzberg, fully vegan since 2011
A queer-feminist sex shop in Kreuzberg, opened in 2011 by Sara Rodenhizer and now run as a collectively owned workers' cooperative after the founding team took it over in 2021. Other Nature stocks body-safe toys, vegan kink gear (including locally made floggers and cuffs), natural lubricants, safer-sex supplies, alternative menstrual products, and gender-affirming wear, with the whole shop kept 100% vegan and eco-minded. The space is built for the people mainstream adult retail tends to ignore: trans, non-binary, and queer customers who want sex education and genuine advice over an upsell. A back corner doubles as a small radical bookshop on sex, trans identity, race, and feminism, and the shop has hosted hundreds of workshops on rope, communication, and polyamory alongside readings, film nights, and art. Wheelchair-accessible and deliberately low-sensory, it's one of the most thoughtful stops of its kind in the city.

Provincetown is famous for its nightlife, but the daytime is half the magic — gay beaches, whale watching, the Pilgrim Monument, dune tours and a historic art colony. Here's the complete guide to what to do in P-town beyond the bars.

Cherry Grove is where gay America summered before there was a word for it. Here's the complete guide to Fire Island's original queer hamlet — its history, its drag-soaked nightlife, where to stay and eat, the beach, and how it differs from the Pines next door.
