The work happens in-house: custom-printed and embroidered t-shirts, tanks, and hats run off on the store's own machines, designed and produced by an LGBTQ+ team and made locally in San Antonio rather than drop-shipped. A companion line, Hardcore Leather Co, covers the leather and gear side. Its place on the strip — neighbors include Heat, Pegasus, and Knockout — makes it an easy daytime stop before the bars open, and staff get steady praise for helping shoppers find the right fit across body types. For a souvenir that isn't a generic Pride tee, it's the local option that can put your own design on the shirt.
