Glasgow, Scotland
Four-room LGBTQ+ club on Wilson Street, open seven nights until 3am or later
Polo Lounge is a nightclub on Wilson Street in the Merchant City. It calls itself Glasgow's ultimate LGBTQ+ inclusive party spot, and it promises as much pop, sleaze, cheese and disco as you can handle. The club is set over two floors with four rooms: the Polo Lounge itself, the Riding Room, the Polo Club and Club X in the basement. There's also a Piano Bar with cocktails and live vocals. It's open seven nights a week, and the club nights run until 3am or 4am. Wednesday is Lollipop, which it bills as Scotland's biggest queer student night. Thursday is Y2GAY, Friday is QUEERS and Saturday is Sinner Saturdays, and all four rooms are open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Entry is free before 11pm most nights. Guestlist spots are first come, first served, and groups of six or more can book a booth.
