LGBTQIA+ cocktail lounge and show bar on Virginia Street
The Corset Club is in the Jacobean Building on Virginia Street in the Merchant City, and it bills itself as an LGBTQIA+ cocktail lounge and show bar. Its website carries a Venue of the Year 2026 badge from the Gaydio Awards. Shows on stage share the bill with the cocktails, tickets for its shows are sold through its website, and you can book a table there too. The drinks list is the main event. Classics like a margarita or a negroni are £10 to £12, and a Show Collection of cocktails includes Bingo Huns, Trivia Darling and Club Couture. Groups can share Spill the Tea, which comes in a teapot (£25). Food is limited to bar snacks. It's open on Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm to midnight, Friday from 3pm to 1am, Saturday from noon to 1am and Sunday from noon to midnight. It's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
