One of the co-owners is Michael Klataske, who performs as Jade Sinclair and has worked St. Louis drag stages for roughly 25 years. The layout tells you what to expect: a seated cabaret room built for the show, a full bar with signature cocktails, beer, wine, and locally made pizza, plus an outdoor patio for the nights when The Grove crowd spills outside. It reads more as a room you sit down in for a performance than a stand-and-drink club, which sets it apart from the dance-forward bars nearby. Programming leans on drag nearly every night, and the standing anchor is the Sunday drag brunch, Pink Eggs and Glam: a catered buffet in the lounge with the show in the Jade Room. Brunch tickets are worth booking ahead, since seats are reserved and popular dates fill.
