London, London
Gay lifestyle and adult shop on Brewer Street since 1997
Prowler Soho is the flagship of the Prowler brand, open on Brewer Street since 1997 and a fixture of gay Soho retail. It's the general-audience counterpart to the fetish-focused Prowler RED around the corner: men's underwear and clothing, toys and lubricants, books and magazines, gifts and accessories from labels across the scene. When it opened, the idea was to move gay retail away from the back-room sex shop toward an open, contemporary storefront — products in the window, on a busy Soho corner. Nearly three decades on, it remains one of the better-known gay shops in the city and a reliable place to pick up the LGBTQ+ press and what's-on listings. An easy pairing with Prowler RED a couple of minutes away if you're covering both ends of the range in one trip.
