London, London
Leather, rubber, and fetish gear shop in Soho since 1991
Regulation is a two-floor fetish shop on Bateman Street in Soho, a short walk from Old Compton Street. Founded in 1991, the store spent its first 27 years in Angel before relocating to the heart of London's gay village. The ground floor stocks leather clothing and BOXER Barcelona gear; the basement carries rubber, latex, bondage equipment, and toys from over 100 brands including Mr S Leather, Fetters, and Oxballs. What sets Regulation apart is their own manufacturing — a North London workshop produces custom gear in-house. Made-to-measure appointments are available, and the fitting rooms are built for trying on leather and latex. They also run after-hours Fetish Life Drawing classes for up to 15 people.
