Q Kansas City is an LGBTQ+ nightclub on Westport Road in Kansas City's Westport district with DJs, a dance floor, a speakeasy upstairs and a large outdoor patio. Drag shows start at 10 p.m. on the nights it's open, and drinks are half price before 10. It's open Friday and Saturday from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m.
