Saugatuck, Michigan
The area's oldest craft brewery, pouring since 2005 and now one of the most recognizable names in Michigan beer. The 25,000-square-foot facility on Blue Star Highway houses two tasting rooms: The Pub with 16 taps, a full food menu (burgers, wraps, sandwiches, salads, entrees), and an outdoor patio with full service when weather allows; and The Barrel Room, a laid-back hangout with 15 additional taps plus shuffleboard, bumper pool, skee ball, pinball, and darts. Across 31 combined rotating taps you'll find everything from IPAs to stouts to hard ciders, with wines and cocktails also available. SBC operates on a 45-barrel brew system with capacity for over 400 wood barrels aging at once. Live music every Saturday at 6 PM, plus Thursday patio sessions Memorial Day through Labor Day.
