Watermark is an 8,000-square-foot cocktail and tapas lounge on the second floor of the First Avenue Pavilion, overlooking the Asbury Park Boardwalk. The beverage program is centered on house-infused spirits and ginger beer. Food service is restricted to seasonal tapas, including vegan-friendly savory and sweet plates. The space features a large outdoor deck for summer and an indoor fireplace for winter operation. Weekend nights feature live DJs, and the venue serves as a partner location for the Asbury Park LIVE summer concert series. There is no reservation system; seating is handled on a first-come, first-served basis for both the lounge and the ocean-view deck.
