Arizona's only professional LORT-member theater and the state's Official State Theatre, running full seasons in both Tempe (at the Tempe Center for the Arts) and Tucson since 1983. Now in its 58th season, ATC reaches 130,000+ patrons annually with a mix of new works, comedies, and musicals. The company runs a dedicated Pride Night program for each production, with discounted tickets ($15 online, $20 at the door). Recent seasons have included explicitly LGBTQ+ programming — the 2025-2026 season features The Roommate, a Jen Silverman play centered on a lesbian protagonist, directed by Marsha Mason and promoted through the Tucson LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
