San Juan, Puerto Rico
Chef Mario Pagan's upscale rooftop overlooking Condado Lagoon
ARYA Rooftop is an upscale restaurant and artisanal cocktail lounge positioned six floors up atop the adults-only O:LV Fifty Five Hotel in the beachfront Condado neighborhood. The food menu is curated by chef Mario Pagán, highlighting dishes like Asian tuna tartare, steak and eggs, and the signature ARYA Burger, complemented by a tropical craft cocktail program. The open-air terrace directly overlooks the Condado Lagoon. The venue operates from morning until night, transitioning from breakfast and lunch into dinner service from Tuesday through Saturday. The nightlife atmosphere features a resident DJ booth constructed inside a vintage 1977 Rolls-Royce. A smart-casual dress code is enforced, reservations are required for non-hotel guests, and the adjacent swimming pool is strictly reserved for overnight hotel residents.
