San Juan, Puerto Rico
Two-story Santurce drag club showcasing local and international performers
Kweens Klub is a two-story drag and dance club in Santurce, open since December 2021 in a rebuilt building given a second life as a nightclub. The main floor centers on a performance stage where a resident cast of Puerto Rican queens shares the bill with an international guest star most Fridays, and the upstairs gallery is given over to a tribute wall honoring the island's drag icons. Hookah, VIP tables, and bottle service round out a polished, big-stage night rather than a dive. It sits within the same concentrated block of queer venues as Santurce's other clubs, which makes it easy to fold into a crawl. Entry is free midweek on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a cover on weekend show nights. Come for the production-level drag. This is the room locals point visitors to when the headliner matters.
