Owned by trainer Bryan Tavarez, the gym features a dark, LED-lit group fitness studio layout running scheduled boot camp circuits, interval training blocks, and weight-based strength classes, alongside individual personal training services. The studio provides complimentary workout towels, exercise mats, and an internal water station. Class reservations are handled through the Mindbody application, and a complimentary seven-day trial pass is available for first-time local visitors.
