Renovated gay men's resort on Warm Sands with pool and play space
Casa Oliver is a 1.8-acre clothing-optional gay men's resort on Warm Sands Drive, relaunched in late 2024 under new ownership in the space that operated for decades as All Worlds Resort. The property got a full renovation with a Mediterranean-meets-Palm Springs look, and the rooms, from Superior Kings to the larger 500s suites with garden views, were refreshed throughout. The draws are the heated pool, a separate reflection pool, and Oliver's Den, a 6,000-square-foot indoor play and social space carved out of the former Maze. Day and evening passes let non-guests use the pools and the Den without an overnight stay, which makes it a destination for locals as well as travelers. The resort also runs recurring community events, including the BIG Gay BBQ and the SUNLIT Men of Color Retreat, so the calendar is worth checking before you book.
