A 1.8-acre clothing-optional gay men's resort on Warm Sands Drive, relaunched in late 2024 under new ownership after decades as All Worlds Resort (and Inn Exile before that). The property has been renovated with a Mediterranean-meets-Palm Springs design, and the rooms — from Superior Kings to the spacious 500s suites with Italian garden views — all got a full refresh. The main draws are the heated pool, reflection pool, and Oliver's Den, a 6,000-square-foot indoor play and social space converted from the former Maze. Day and evening passes are available for non-guests. The resort hosts recurring community events including the BIG Gay BBQ and SUNLIT Men of Color Retreat.
