Palm Springs, California
Clothing-optional gay men's resort with saltwater pool in Warm Sands
Desert Paradise is a clothing-optional gay men's resort in Warm Sands, one of the longer-running gay properties in Palm Springs, built in 1940. The poolside rooms and suites wrap around a saltwater pool set among lush gardens, fountains, and a small pond with a resident turtle named George. A steam room, dry sauna, and a separate outdoor sauna round out the wellness side. Daily continental breakfast is delivered to your door, and the grounds are quiet and green enough to feel like their own world. It sits about half a mile from downtown Palm Springs, close enough to walk to shops and restaurants but set back from the noise, which is the balance a lot of return guests are after. Full property buyouts are available for groups who want the place to themselves.
