Castro adult and fetish shop, a neighborhood fixture since the '70s.
A Castro adult shop named after the 1979 ABBA song and in business since that same year, which makes it one of the neighborhood's longest-running stores of any kind. It carries adult toys, fetish and leather gear, and a deep rack of erotic greeting cards that regulars come back for. After 17 years at its 18th Street address, it moved a short walk away to 450 Castro Street in January 2025, into the former Body menswear storefront, still run by longtime owner Neil Gelineau, who has owned it since 1993. The shop sits in the heart of the Castro — San Francisco's historic gay district and one of the first openly LGBTQ+ neighborhoods in the country — so browsing here comes with the foot traffic and people-watching of the strip right outside the door.
