Denver, Colorado
Denver's Latin gay nightclub with regional Mexican music and drag.
El Potrero is a gay Latin nightclub in Glendale and Colorado's main destination for Spanish-language LGBTQ+ nightlife, running since 2008. The soundtrack is regional Mexican, cumbia, banda, and Latin pop, with live bands, karaoke, and drag shows twice a week, and the kitchen turns out authentic Mexican food alongside strong pours. It's one of the latest-closing queer spaces in the metro, with the dance floor going into the early-morning hours. The crowd skews Latino and gay, and the room has built its name on being a safe, community-first space, but the floor is open to anyone who wants an energetic Latin night out east of downtown.
