Cleveland, Ohio
Mediterranean-Italian bistro in a converted bank in Gordon Square.
A Mediterranean-Italian bistro in a converted former bank building in Cleveland's Gordon Square Arts District — the old vault is now the wine cellar. Shabby-chic farmhouse decor: mix-and-match plates, kitchen-towel napkins, repurposed fixtures. One of the neighborhood's original anchor restaurants, open since roughly 2009. The menu leans toward small plates and shared dishes — charred octopus with gigante beans, braised short rib gnocchi, fried chicken with smoked gouda mac and cheese. Weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 10am. Full bar with handcrafted cocktails.
