Part of the Gay Pittsburgh Guide — bars, events & things to do.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Pittsburgh's 24-hour gay bathhouse in the Strip District.
Club Pittsburgh is a private men's bathhouse in the historic Strip District, open 24 hours and running since 2001. The multi-floor space is built for relaxing and socializing: private rooms, a steam room, dry sauna, whirlpool, a video lounge, a workout area, and lockers, with a low-key, cruise-friendly atmosphere for gay and bisexual men. For more than a decade it was also home to Hot Mass, the internationally known queer techno and house party, which ran in the building before moving to its own space in early 2025. Membership is required, and the around-the-clock hours make it as much a late-night option as an afternoon one. It's the kind of place travelers tend to find by word of mouth: straightforward about what it is, and one of the few dedicated men's clubs of its kind still operating in the region.
