Provincetown, Massachusetts
Organic fair-trade coffee and house-baked goods in P-town since 1998
Joe Coffee & Cafe has been a Provincetown fixture since 1998, now owned and operated by Mark Shaw and Glenn Siegmund — lifelong friends who work behind the counter together. The cafe serves organic, fair-trade coffee from Indigo Coffee Roasters alongside house-baked egg sandwiches, quiches, yogurt parfaits, and carrot cake. Gluten-free and vegan options are available. The expansive outdoor patio on Commercial Street is a prime people-watching spot during Ptown's peak summer weeks. A second Joe Coffee location is planned for Palm Springs, opening late 2026. Open daily 7 AM to 4 PM in season, with reduced hours in the shoulder months.
