Part of the Gay Key West Guide — bars, events & things to do.

Key West, Florida
Key West's gay visitor center, run by the first LGBTQ+ DMO in the US
The nation's first LGBTQ+ destination marketing organization, founded in 1978 and still operating at 808 Duval Street. The storefront is the Gay Key West Visitor Center — walk in for introductions to the island's gay-owned businesses, upcoming events, and local attractions. The Guild produces Key West's marquee LGBTQ+ events: Key West Pride, Tropical Heat, Womenfest, and the Headdress Ball. Its 450+ member businesses help draw an estimated 250,000 LGBTQ+ visitors to the island annually. Key West was also the first North American city to elect an openly gay mayor.
