Paladar is an LGBTQ+-owned Latin American restaurant on London Road near Elephant and Castle, serving sharing plates from Colombia, Ecuador, Cuba, Mexico, and Peru. The entire menu is gluten-free, and the wine and spirits list is sourced exclusively from Latin America. Ceviche and creative cocktails are highlights. The restaurant has four dining areas including a heated conservatory garden, a private Amazon Lounge seating 22, and a chef's table.
