Provincetown, Massachusetts
Adults-only gay-owned B&B across from Boatslip Tea Dance
Queen Vic is a gay-owned, adults-only bed and breakfast on the West End of Commercial Street, directly across from the Boatslip Resort and its famous Tea Dance. Owners Josh Scaturro and Stan Cottner — together over 23 years and veterans of Key West's gay guesthouse circuit — purchased and renovated the c.1870 Italianate building in 2014, naming it after Queen Victoria as a nod to the property's prior life as the Prince Albert Guest House. Nine rooms with private baths, queen or king beds, and ductless AC. A hot breakfast is included, served in-room or in the garden. The property also has a clothing-optional hot tub, an outdoor fireplace, a bar serving cocktails and wine, and what the owners call "the best front yard on Commercial Street to watch the nightly parade." Pet-friendly. Rates from around $205 per night.
