Provincetown, Massachusetts
Seasonal bakery and café on the quiet West End since 2001
Relish is a bakery and sandwich shop at 93 Commercial Street on Provincetown's quiet West End, open seasonally since 2001. Owner Frank Vasello trained at Boston's Rialto under Jody Adams and is a Massachusetts College of Art graduate who also serves as chairman of the Provincetown Cultural Council. Everything is baked fresh daily — pistachio bundt cakes, key lime tarts, almond croissants, triple chip walnut cookies, and French macarons alongside a full sandwich menu on ciabatta or multigrain. The sandwich lineup runs from roast chicken and Italian tuna salad to roast beef with chimichurri, with a rotating selection of prepared salads (smashed potato, farfalle with feta, quinoa with cranberry and mint). Breakfast starts at 8 AM with egg sandwiches, cinnamon buns, and coffee cakes. Ranked #11 of 88 Provincetown restaurants on TripAdvisor. Open daily 8 AM to 2:30 PM in peak season.
