Portland, Oregon
Gay-owned downtown strip club with nightly male dancers.
Stag PDX is a gay-owned strip club in downtown Portland's Pearl District, on NW Broadway in a 1912 building, running nightly male dancers since it opened in 2015. It's a bar and lounge first, with go-go and stage performances across a two-level layout and an early-evening "Young Buck" happy hour, flirty and laid-back rather than seedy, and welcoming to a mixed, all-genders crowd. A couple of nights a month the stage is given over entirely to trans dancers of all expressions, an inclusive streak that sets it apart from a standard gentlemen's club, and weekends bring a drag brunch alongside the late-night entertainment. For a visitor it's an easy, central night out: close enough to fold into a downtown bar crawl, and unpretentious about being exactly what it is.
