Volunteer-run nonprofit kink and play space in SoMa's Leather District.
Transform1060 is a volunteer-run, nonprofit kink event and play space on Folsom Street in SoMa's officially designated Leather and LGBTQ Cultural District. The two-level facility includes dungeon equipment, slings, beds, a dark area, and flexible play spaces available both for the org's own programming and community-produced events. The weekly and monthly calendar runs deep: Naked Mondays, Backroom Bros (transmasculine-centered), BEARUNION (body-positive bear party), Fist Buds, and SF CumUnion among them. Programming deliberately centers groups historically underrepresented in the leather scene — transmasculine people, people of color, and gender-diverse communities. The space succeeded SFCatalyst and has operated continuously at this Folsom Street address for over a decade.
