Open since 1984, it was the first gay clothing-optional resort in the city and has grown from 7 rooms to 30+ units spread across four themed sections on over an acre of walled, gated grounds. Amenities include three pools, an 18-man hot tub, a waterfall lagoon, steam room, dry sauna, and complimentary poolside breakfast. Rooms range from 250-square-foot poolside cabanas to a 900-square-foot Royal Waterfall Suite, many with kitchens or kitchenettes. The mid-century modern property sits in a quiet residential area minutes from downtown Palm Springs, with mountain views and hummingbird-filled gardens.
