Divas is a drag-and-diva bar on Calle Madero, at the eastern end of the Zona Romántica's gay strip. The walls are a shrine to screen and stage divas — oversized portraits alongside classic movie posters — and the weekend drag shows are the draw, a mix of lip-sync, comedy, and camp that pulls a crowd of locals and visitors alike. There's a full bar plus snacks and light plates. It opens in the afternoon, which makes it an easy first stop for drinks before the surrounding nightlife gets going. The Madero location puts it steps from Reinas Bar and the rest of the strip's late-night options, so it works as the warm-up rather than the main event.
